2.3 Live Stream Room ID - We collect your live stream room ID (from supported platforms such as Douyin (China) and Bilibili) to confirm your authority to use this application and to enable the connection between your stream and integrated applications. The source of this data is you.

2.4 SteamID and Room ID Association - We store the association between your SteamID and Live Stream Room ID for a limited period to enable seamless authentication and service functionality.

2.5 We do not collect usage data. Our service does not track or store any information about how you use the application beyond what is necessary for basic functionality.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

3.1 We collect your SteamID and Live Stream Room ID for the sole purpose of verifying your eligibility to use ChatNova. This ensures that only authorized users can access the service.

3.2 Authorization - ChatNova is currently authorized to be built into Warudo. When you use ChatNova through Warudo, your data is processed in accordance with this policy.

3.3 The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely ensuring the proper functioning and security of our service.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

4.2 Your SteamID and Live Stream Room ID are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with any third parties beyond what is necessary for the operation of ChatNova within Warudo.

5. Retaining and Deleting Personal Data

5.1 Personal data that we process shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose.

5.2 We will retain your personal data as follows:

SteamID and Live Stream Room ID Association: We store the association between your SteamID and Live Stream Room ID for up to 90 days after your last activity. This enables seamless re-authentication while respecting your privacy.
Live Stream Room ID: Retained for as long as you use ChatNova, and deleted upon request or when the room ID is no longer valid.

5.3 You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
